Day 1 - ARRIVE IN DELHI
Welcome to India!
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel for check in.

Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative of at the Aerobridge itself. Our representative will then provide facilitation and assistance to you to clear through the immigration, collect baggage from the baggage belt and then guide you through the Green Channel gate of Indian Customs. As you step into the “Meet & Greet Hall”, you will be handed over to our airport representative or concierge waiting who will then escort you to your vehicle and accompany you in the chauffeur driven vehicle to your hotel. At Hotel, our concierge will assist you with the necessary check-in formalities.
We welcome you in the capital city of India, for a journey across the fascinating history-markers of medieval north India. Wars were fought and rulers changed in Delhi but ordinary lives were lived in relative continuity. Glimpses of these can be seen even today as the character of the city underwent massive changes in the last decades. In the lands fabled to have seen seven cities, signs of the old are continuously jostling with the new, presenting an ever-fascinating panorama. Late afternoon visit to Akshardham Temple, dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan (1781- 1830), the Akshardham temple complex occupies an area of 30 square meters on the banks of the River Yamuna. There are over 200 statues here, representing different spiritual stalwarts over many millennia. Every element of this traditionally styled temple radiates spirituality. Due to security reasons, certain items such as mobile phone, camera, electronic items, luggage, cigarette lighter, etc. are not allowed inside the temple complex.

Day 2 - SIGHTSEEING OF DELHI
Delhi is often distinguished as the old and new, the old referring to the pre –British habitations and the new is Lutyen’s Delhi, built to suit British sensibilities and the rapidly expanding city of independent India. However as we walk you through this city which has fascinated one and all for centuries, you will see that these demarcations are fluid with an intermixing of the old and new Delhi’s producing a supremely fascinating pulse to its city life. After breakfast we visit old Delhi, the capital built by emperor Shahjahan. The narrow winding lanes best traversed by a cycle-rickshaw house some of the oldest inhabitants and also the oldest trading establishments of the city. Visit the historic Jama Masjid, drive past the Red Fort. On our way back contrast the swift architectural changes brought by the colonial rulers mirroring styles from across Europe and adapted to the Indian environment. Drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan (Presidential Palace) and the secretariat buildings, the impressive Rajpath and the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate.
In New Delhi visit the 12th century Qutub Minar, gracefully hand-carved for its entire height of 234ft, and the iron pillar, which has withstood the ravages of time and not rusted even after 1500 years. Visit the mausoleum of emperor Humayun - a forerunner of the Mughal style of architecture. Drive past the India Gate (war memorial dedicated to the lives of laid down by the Indian soldiers), the president's residence - formerly the Viceroy's Palace, parliament House and the Secretariat buildings, - an interesting blend of the Victorian and 20th century architecture.

Day 3 - DRIVE FROM DELHI TO AGRA (205 KM / 04 HRS)
Morning after breakfast, drive to Agra and check in at hotel.
Rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the beautiful hotel and its facilities

Evening watch the Mohabbate-e-Taj show, it’s an incredibly entertaining experience. Its theme is the melancholic love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal at the famous Kalakriti Cultural and Convention Centre theatre. The creative dance and dramatic lighting with the replica of the 12 'x 12' Taj Mahal as well as the beautifully simulated luxurious lifestyle of the Mughal royals is simply astounding. The live show is in Hindi and Urdu, and interpretation is available in English, French and German through headphones

Day 4 - SIGHTSEEING OF AGRA
Early morning at sunrise (subject to weather conditions) visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. This architectural marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble that stands testimony to the skill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy and who took 17 year to complete this ' Love Poem in Marble'.(Closed on Fridays).
Pay a visit to this unique café in the city of Taj Mahal - a café run by 5 Acid Attack Survivor or should we say Fighters? This is the first time in India that survivors of such evil attacks have come forward to pursue their dreams and break all stereotypes which our society has been using to force them for living their lives in closet. 'Sheroes Hangout' is located on the road leading to Taj Mahal and includes a café which serves some lip smacking snacks, a library that has been set up with contributions, a section for handicrafts and a boutique where one of these survivors will stitch her dreams. The café has been set up entirely through crowd funding as the campaign behind this initiative believe in the power of humanity. This café is a centre for activism as various type of campaign related to sale of acid or creating awareness issues for acid attacks and other kind of discussions based on feminism, women empowerment, personality development, skill enhancement, and different kind of youth oriented plus cultural events are organized here. The idea of Sheroes Hangout is not only to generate moderate source of income but also to rehabilitate acid attack 'fighters 'by empowering them through enhancing their skills, and building their confidence to make them self-efficient. All these acid attack fighters belong to different regions but they are working together to make this place a success so that many such places like this can be made to encourage other victims for turning into fighters. We call them fighters as no better word come in our mind after listening to their stories and their 'never say die' spirit. There are no set rate for any item listed on the menu and visitors can eat & drink and pay as per their wish.
Later visit Agra Fort - Diwan-E-Am (House of Commons), mosques within Fort and royal pavilions like Macchi Bhavan, Shah Jahani Mahal & others. Several of the buildings are made of pure marble with beautiful carvings. To cool off the rooms, the walls were hollow and filled with running water. The balconies of these pavilions give clear view of Taj Mahal & Yamuna River flowing next to it.

Day 5 - DRIVE AGRA-FATEHPUR SIKRI-ABHANERI-JAIPUR (245 KM / 06 HRS)
Today morning leave Agra for Jaipur, visiting Fatehpur Sikri en-route.
Located 40 kms from Agra, the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, in honour of the great Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti who blessed Akbar and prophesized the birth of three sons to the heirless Emperor. Akbar used Fatehpur Sikri as his capital and the city was fully occupied for 14 years but slowly became deserted and ruined after Akbar left the city. Scarcity of water was the prime factor for the abandonment of this beautiful city. Visit the remarkably well-preserved, graceful buildings within the 'Ghost City' including the Jama Masjid, tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal Palace and other palaces that speak of the grandeur and splendour of the Mughal empire at the height of its power.
Post visit of Fatehpur Sikri, continue drive to Jaipur, drive another 130km (2.5hrs) and stop at ABHANERI - THE WONDER OF WELLS: CHAND BAOLI The first visual effect on setting sight of the stunning architecture is that of jaw dropping awe- an Egyptian pyramid turned upside down! Chand Baoli is a stepped well built by Raja Chand in the 8th/ 9th century AD for harvesting rainwater. Built on a square plan, the stepped well comprises an incredible 3,500 plus symmetrically laid out steps going all the way down to the pit. The steps surround the well on three sides, having 13 stories while the fourth side has set of pavilions built one on top of another. It is a 100 feet deep. Water was drawn by means of a Persian wheel rotated by an ox from within a pavilion. A relic from our glorious past, Abhaneri is truly a destination worth a visit off the beaten track of the Golden Triangle.

Day 6 - SIGHTSEEING OF JAIPUR
Morning excursion to Amber fort. Amber is a classic, romantic Rajasthani Fort Palace. The rugged, time-ravaged walls of the Fort may not look beautiful from the outside, but the interior is a virtual paradise. Miniatures painted on the walls depict hunting and war scenes, apart from festivals. Precious stones and mirrors are embedded into the plaster. Take a Jeep ride at Amber all the way up to the Fort entrance. Inside the Fort visit the Jag Mandir or the Hall of Victory. Inside the Jag Mandir is the famed Sheesh Mahal - a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. En-route to Amber Fort, you will have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds.
Afternoon visit to the Maharaja's City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. One of the major attractions in the Museum is the portion known as Armory Museum housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, Blunderbusses, flintlocks, Swords, rifles and daggers the royal families of Jaipur once used most of these weapons. Later visit the Jantar Mantar Which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world.
Rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy beautiful hotel & its facilities.
One can attend Temple ceremony in the hotel premises. Timings of the ceremony are 07:30 to 09:30 in the morning and 05:30 to 07:30 in the evening.

Day 7 - FLY JAIPUR TO UDAIPUR
In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Udaipur.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and proceed to visit local markets of Udaipur.
Post visit check in at hotel, rest of the day is at leisure for individual activities. (Vehicle at disposal for 08 hrs. / 80 kms with in the city limits).

Day 8 - SIGHTSEEING IN UDAIPUR

A private yoga sessions can be tailored to suit any age and level of experience. According to individual needs, our instructors teach breathing and meditation techniques, yoga postures and Sanskrit mantras to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Morning proceed for city tour of Udaipur, a splash of colour in Rajasthan that is brighter when tinged with the tones of local lore and legends. Visit the City Palace, built in 1725, which hours the Dilkhush Mahal, Sheesh Mahal - studded with glittering Belgium Mirrors, Moti Mahal, Crystal Art Gallery and the Palace of Lord Krishna all of which are ornately decorated.
Late afternoon enjoy boat ride (exclusive) on the 4 km long and 3 km wide Lake Pichola, this is fringed with hills, palaces, Havelis, Ghats, embankments and temples and offers spectacular views of the city. Visit the Jag Mandir Island with its exquisite Gul Mahal Pavilion, visit the colourful local market near Jagdish Temple.
