Things To Do
- Visit the next stop is the Bait Al Zubair Museum. The museum is a small town-house that has been converted to display the old archaeological findings and Omani traditions such as national dress and jewellery
- Visit Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater that had been created many years ago by a collapsing mountain and is filled with blue-green seawater
- Enjoy the calm, clear and deep waters, but also the sight of palm trees all around in Jebel Shams
- Start very early morning to drive down and visit the unique cattle market in Nizwa, available only on Fridays ( know as Friday Cattle Market)
- Visit the Nizwa fort which has been strategically built atop a hill overlooking the ancient city with its colorful domes and bustling market
